Accounts and connection

Open My accounts from the account icon on the left rail, or the account control in the mobile header.

How it works

Current account: The header identifies the connected account. In My accounts, the selected row is marked. Confirm both login number and server: identical login numbers on different brokers can refer to different accounts.

Refresh the account list: Refresh accounts retrieves the current MT4 terminal list. Read each row’s state before selecting it. MT4 currently lists the terminals directly; the account search and Show unavailable controls described in MT5 are not present here.

Switch account: Choose an available account row. Wait for its account details, quotes and positions to load before trading. Switching is disabled while a trade request is being submitted. Positions belong to the selected broker account, not to the browser tab.

Unavailable terminals: Start or repair an unavailable terminal in the control panel. Invalid credentials require correcting the broker login or password. Repeatedly refreshing Web Trader does not repair credentials or restart a stopped terminal.

Add account and sign out: Add account opens the connection flow. Sign out leaves the browser session; it does not close broker positions, cancel pending orders or stop separately hosted EAs. A saved balance can be older than the active account balance.
