2. Information We Collect

We collect only the essential information necessary to operate and secure our trading infrastructure, including:

• Account Information: email address, password (stored as a secure cryptographic hash), and optional organization name upon registration.
• Billing Details: prepaid balance, transaction logs, and payment confirmations processed securely through licensed processors. We do not store complete card numbers.
• Communication Records: name, email address, and message history submitted when contacting our support channels or official Telegram.
• API & Terminal Metrics: API interconnect tokens, connected terminal identifiers, server endpoints, and runtime minutes used for rolling 30-day volume tier billing.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and connection timestamps collected automatically in diagnostic server logs.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information strictly to:

• Provision, monitor, and maintain cloud MT4/MT5 terminal containers and API gateways
• Authenticate user credentials, validate API tokens, and enforce access controls
• Compute terminal runtime, calculate rolling 30-day volume pricing tiers, and debit prepaid balances
• Provide technical assistance and developer integration support via email and Telegram
• Send critical infrastructure notices, maintenance alerts, and security updates
• Monitor system latency, platform uptime, and container health to enhance performance
• Detect, prevent, and mitigate unauthorized access, DDoS attacks, or platform abuse
• Comply with applicable legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data or trading information to any third parties.

4. API Keys and Trading Data Security

Your API Interconnect Token grants programmatic access to your terminals; you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality. MetaRPC acts as a secure, low-latency relay between your software and MetaTrader servers. Broker passwords are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and held only in volatile container memory. We do not inspect, front-run, copy, or store your trading strategies, order book positions, or trade logs beyond active session management.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not disclose your personal information except under the following strict circumstances:

• Infrastructure Providers: Vetted hosting facilities, container clouds, and payment processors operating under strict confidentiality and data protection agreements.
• Legal Requirements: When required to comply with applicable law, court order, or governmental inquiry.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to continued privacy protections.
• Protection of Rights: When necessary to safeguard the rights, property, or safety of MetaRPC, our users, or the public.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data while your account is active. Upon account termination, personal data and terminal container files are permanently deleted or anonymized within 90 days, except records required for financial and tax auditing.

7. Data Security

We employ robust industry-standard safeguards: TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, salted password hashing, tokenized API access, and continuous container isolation.

8. Cookies and Session Storage

We use session tokens and local storage for authentication, language and theme preferences. If you choose to allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to measure page visits and product milestones, and retain campaign attribution for the browser session. Analytics is optional and can be disabled with Analytics preferences. We do not send account credentials, broker details, balances, or API responses as analytics event parameters.

Optional ad measurement is a separate choice from analytics. If you allow it, Google Analytics and Google Ads receive ad-click identifiers and product milestones to attribute signups and API use to advertisements. Personalized advertising remains disabled. Choosing analytics only does not enable ad measurement. We remember your choice for 12 months; you can withdraw it using Analytics preferences. We do not include passwords, API keys, broker account data or arbitrary URL query parameters in these events.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location and applicable privacy laws, you have the right to:

• Access and review personal data held about your account
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your account and personal information
• Object to or restrict specific data processing activities
• Request an export of your account data in a portable format
